WE OFFER ONE HOUR SESSIONS MONDAYS - FRIDAYS

AND TWO HOUR SESSIONS SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS

THESE ARE THE DETAILS ...

sauna cold plunge experiences are booked as 1 or 2 hour sessions

allowing you to cycle through a few rounds of some time in the sauna / cool shower / cold plunge / and relax on cozy heated furniture in our indoor chill area with nature views

sessions are open to the public 

and are limited to 4 people per session

each person must book a spot

if booking with or for a friend (or 3),
make sure you choose the same day and time

check the schedule to see how many spots are available

sessions must be booked at least two hours prior to start time

the sauna / cold plunge experience will be open as we have availability & will expand over time

if you don't see the day/ time that you want, send us an email and we will try to accommodate your request!

we will offer one hour sessions Mondays - Fridays at these times:

8:30am / 10am / 5:30pm / 6:45pm

we will offer two hour sessions Saturdays & Sundays at these times:

10:30-12:30pm
12:45-2:45pm
3-5pm

please arrive a few minutes early to check in & sign your waivers

SELF INVESTMENT 

one hour sessions are $25 per person
or a 5 pack of one hour sessions for $100

two hour sessions are $40 per person
or a 5 pack of two hour sessions for $175

5 packs must be used within 3 months, and cannot be shared or transferred
