SAm raph

yoga teacher. holistic chef. wellness educator

Rooted in curiosity, creativity, and a deep reverence for the body, Sam brings a diverse and grounded approach to the practice. With a background spanning radiology, farming, specialty coffee, floral design, and holistic personal cheffing, she weaves her love of nature, nourishment, and anatomy into every class.

Her journey with yoga began over 12 years ago, and what started as a personal practice has evolved into a deep study of the nervous system, somatic awareness, and the profound mind-body connection. As a recent graduate of Asheville Community Yoga’s 250-hour teacher training program, she is passionate about using traditional and somatic movement to help others ground their bodies, calm their minds, regulate their nervous systems, and uplift their spirits.

Fascinated by physiology and the quiet power that comes from inner stillness, Sam teaches from a place of embodied experience and gentle encouragement. Her classes are thoughtful, sensory, and heart-centered — designed to meet each student where they are, while inviting them into deeper connection with themselves.

Outside the studio, she finds inspiration in travel, music, the natural world, artistic expression, and the alchemy of cooking. After six years of calling Western North Carolina home, she feels immense gratitude for the loving community she’s found here — and is honored to share the healing power of yoga with it.
